How does the demo process work?
Our personalised demo gives you hands-on experience with the platform. During the 30–45 minute session we show you how AI-powered Socratic dialogue works, demonstrate the features for your specific use case, and answer your questions about implementation.

Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrading mid-cycle costs only the prorated difference; downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

Do you offer discounts for multi-year contracts?
Yes. We offer additional discounts for 2-year and 3-year commitments. Contact sales for custom pricing on longer terms and volume discounts across multiple schools.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and purchase orders for annual plans. Educational institutions can also pay by check on NET 30 terms.
